New for 2012! I designed and letterpress printed birthday cards — because everyone has a birthday and deserves something special. I just love the bright and cheery look, very happy how the sunshine yellow turned out. It’s matched with the baby blue envelope and blank on the inside.
Available on my Etsy shop here! I currently am only selling single cards, but do you want this in a six pack? I’m not sure if people like to buy a pack so they’re ready for birthdays or what. Just let me know what you want and I can make a listing for a six pack.
Finally! These Save the Dates that I designed and letterpress printed took a lot of time and effort since I did them on my tabletop Sigwalt press. After printing, I stitched the belly band on either side with light lavender thread. Matching them with kraft brown envelopes with our return address letterpress printed, these invites set the tone for the wedding.
I recently had the opportunity to design and letterpress print wedding invitations for a super great couple, Melissa & Jason. The top design element of the piece was inspired by the belt on Melissa’s gown, a beautiful way to tie everything together. With silver and gold metallic inks and extra thick paper, this oversize invitation brought out a beautiful elegance which I am sure translated into the rest of their wedding.

I designed and letterpress printed a special one-of-a-kind card set for my dear friend‘s birthday recently (although I was embarrassingly late). Printed on kraft paper with rubine red ink and a touch of yellow. A sprig of pomegranate for my pomegranate friend, designed in the influence of woodblock or linoleum cut block printing. Juicy!
PS. I saw a real pomegranate tree in Croatia during my honeymoon for the first time!
Indian block printing. Beautiful, amazing. I can’t believe the intricacy that they achieve in the patterns with such a simple tool and method. Watch it and you’ll fall in love.
