I know, I know, quit posting about cute animals! — well, I’ll stop for a bit after this post, I promise.

Awhile back my friend and I were browsing at a bookstore and we came across this book, Little Felted Animals by Marie-Noelle Horvath where for a good 20 seconds or so, I thought the kitten on the front was real! It was created by a process called needle-felting.

The characters that she made are so realistic! The body postures of each animal are so intricately perfect.

The best part is that she teaches you in the book how to make your own animal character. I never really knew of this process before so it not only amazed me but surprised me how many others are doing this process so beautifully!

I wish there were more photos to show you because her book is absolutely beautiful with the  characters + photography so go find it in the bookstore or buy it online and take a look yourself.
