Garden eatin’

10Nov

Michael Pollan is a brilliant author, teacher at UC Berkeley, and essayist who has written The Omnivore’s Dilemma and In Defense of Food among others. If you want to know what you’re eating, how it got to your plate, how it was grown, and what it does to your body after you’ve eaten it… read those two books. They’ll change your life (in a better way, I promise!)

So I have to say that Michael Pollan is a personal hero of mine. And I recently discovered that his wife, Judith Belzer is a painter who paints marvelous tree details in a new way.

The SFGate recently published an article of Pollan’s newly designed functional garden in their Berkeley home.
